Newsec chose Franklin to implement the charging infrastructure for Park Vallila's parking facility due to Franklin's strong expertise in traditional electrical engineering and modern systems, as well as its ability to respond quickly and solution-oriented to the client’s needs. Franklin completed the project on schedule, installing a total of 15 charging stations (22 kW) from planning to installation.
Project Description
Newsec is an international company specializing in property management and development, managing a diverse range of properties, including commercial, logistics, and service buildings. Their managed properties feature a wide variety of electrical and property automation solutions, requiring in-depth and diverse expertise from partners.
Newsec selected Franklin to implement the charging infrastructure for Park Vallila's parking facility due to Franklin's robust knowledge of traditional electrical engineering and modern systems, along with their ability to respond quickly and solution-oriented to the client’s needs. The project began with the creation of a comprehensive implementation plan aimed at ensuring the functionality of the charging infrastructure and creating the necessary documentation for the client. Based on the plans, Franklin developed a comprehensive system of 22 kW charging stations, offering two different options for charging devices and ensuring that the overall solution meets all client requirements. Ultimately, Virta Global was chosen as the equipment provider.
The project was completed on time, and the collaboration between Franklin and Newsec deepened through this successful project. With this project, Newsec is now able to offer its clients modern and energy-efficient solutions, enhancing the value and usability of the properties.
Overall, the project for electric vehicle charging points was executed impeccably with Franklin. The collaboration and communication were smooth and client-friendly from needs assessment through implementation to the end of the project. All stakeholders were well-considered, and the outcome was satisfying. I recommend Franklin for future projects as well.
