Project Description
Collaboration with Stara Rakennustekniikka began in January 2024. Franklin will perform maintenance work related to property automation and address issues, including those related to lighting control. The work encompasses both electrical tasks and programming for property automation.
“Working with Stara means a variety of interesting properties, during whose lifecycles electrical and automation systems have been extensively updated. Maintenance and upkeep tasks are always engaging and require strong problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for getting systems back up and running. A malfunctioning property automation system undermines the energy efficiency potential of the property.” - Tino Suomela, CEO of Franklin.
